To establish a Masjid and Islamic Cultural Center in Hsinchu city and other parts of Taiwan for congregational prayers, for the study of the Quran and Sunnah, social and religious meetings.
To establish an organized Muslim community into a disciplined community (Ummah).
To make arrangements for education and training of the Muslim community and to organize them for Da’wah work.
To set up and organize beneficial lectures, seminars, and conferences, reading Rooms, and libraries.
Strengthen fraternal bonds and brotherly relations among Muslims and organize and facilitate various programs and activities for the youth of the Muslim community
To establish cordial relations with Non-Muslims and with the people of the Book (ﺍﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ) in order to promote a better understanding of Islam.
